Number-theoretic transform¶

`ntt`(x[, size, modulus])	Computes the Number-Theoretic Transform (NTT) of \(x\).
`intt`(X[, size, modulus, scaled])	Computes the Inverse Number-Theoretic Transform (INTT) of \(X\).
